1. The color and tint of the image in the printed version may vary from the image on the electronic screen.

2. Warranty is not extended to customers, outside the Indian territory. However, international customers are protected from the transit damage, defect in the product or mismatch between the ordered and received. In such cases, the international customers have to send the picture of the damaged, etc in the scanned format to customer@wallscafe.com and obtain a free replacement and the shipping charge to the customer’s address is borne by us.

3. Installation service is not extended to the customers, outside the Indian territory.

4. The image/art content is objectionable, such as pornography, antisocial, provocative, hurt the religious sentiments of a certain section of the society, etc, shall not be accepted for producing them into murals, whatsoever.

5. The image and its colors are shown on the screen of a PC or a Tab or a cellphone, including their backlit intensity, may differ from that printed on a media selected. 
 
6. Picture once approved and printed shall not be canceled or rejected by the customer under any circumstances. No return or refund or adjustment of any amount is accepted.
 
7. The picture printed should be viewed at MVD (Minimum Viewing Distance) equal to the diagonal length of the picture.
 
8. Pictures viewed at less than MVD may appear less sharp or blurred. 
 
9. However, pictures viewed at 1.5 times the diagonal distance shall provide an Ideal Viewing, hence called IVD (Ideal Viewing Distance).
