Warranty

Wallscafe gives one year warranty against the faulty installation and five years warranty against the fading of colors of the wall mural installed indoor-only from the date of installation. The customer has to pay the conveyance/traveling charges to the technician for rectifying the problem and in the case of the free replacement of the mural, the actual installation charges will apply.

Please note. The warranty of five years against fading does not cover the wall murals exposed to the sunlight or ultraviolet rays.

Also, the warranty does not cover the damage which is caused an account of leaking wall, fire, internal or external dampness in the wall and intentional or accidental damage to the mural.
